mexican cheese soup


  1. heat on stovetop

    • 2 T oil



  2. blend in

    • 2 T. flour



  3. add

    • 1 c. tomatoes

    • 1 T. chili powder

    • 4 c. beef broth



  4. simmer on low 30 minutes

  5. add 1/2 lb. grated cheese
