- cut together until fine crumbs
- 4 T. shortening
- 2 c. flour
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- stir in
- 3/4 c. milk
- drop dough by spoonfuls onto soup
- cook uncovered 10 minutes
- cook another 10 minutes covered
- yield: 10 servings
