- preheat oven to 400º
- mix until crumbly, sit aside
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 3 T. cold butter
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- mix
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1.2 t. vanilla
- 1 egg
- in seperate bowl, mix
- 2 c. flour
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- stir liquid and dry ingredients together
- fold in
- 1 c. blueberries
- divide batter evenly among 12 muffin cups
- top evenly with streusel
- bake 20 minutes or until golden brown
- may subsitute all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour
