  1. mix

    • 2 T. yeast

    • 2 1/2 c. warm water



  2. add

    • 1 1/2 t. salt

    • 1 T. oil



  3. knead in

    • 7 c. flour



  4. spray bowl

  5. cover with greased plastic wrap

  6. let rise in warm place until doubled

  7. shape into 2 loaves on greased cookie sheet

  8. cover with plastic wrap

  9. let rise in warm place until doubled

  10. bake at 450° for 24 minutes



  • yield: 2 loaves
