- preheat oven to 350°
- butter a 9 inch pan, set aside
streusel topping
- mix together
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. cold butter
cream cheese filling
- beat until very smooth
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 1 T. lemon zest
- 1 T. flour
cake batter
- whisk together
- 1 c. flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/8 t. salt
- in a separate bowl, cream
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 1/3 c. milk
- mix in flour mixture only until combined
assembly
- spread batter onto pan
- spread cream cheese filling over batter
- scatter over filling
- 1 c. blackberries
- top with streussel
