Chocolate Tapioca Pudding

One fine day in January, 2009, Dale felt like baking. She hadn't made tapioca pudding for a while, but she also was in the mood for chocolate pudding. Alice suggested she find a chocolate tapioca pudding recipe, and that she did. It turned out so delicious, that one recipe was not nearly enough.

1. Whisk in large saucepan3 T. tapioca
   • ½ c. sugar
• 3 c. milk
  
• 1 egg
• ½ c. chocolate
2. Cook on medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly
3. Add
   • 1 t. vanilla
   • 1 T. coffee (optional)
