Pizza Crust

Crusty on the outside, soft on the inside.

  1. Mix together
    • 2 T. yeast
    • 1 c. warm water
  2. Stir in, beat until smooth
    • 2 ½ to 3 ½ c. all purpose flour
    • 2 t. olive oil
    • 1 t. salt
  3. Knead till smooth and elastic
  4. Allow to rise in greased bowl until doubled in size (1 hour)
  5. Roll out 2 to 3 crusts
  6. add pizza ingredients
  7. Bake 10-20 minutes at 450°
