Crusty on the outside, soft on the inside.
- Mix together
- 2 T. yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- Stir in, beat until smooth
- 2 ½ to 3 ½ c. all purpose flour
- 2 t. olive oil
- 1 t. salt
- Knead till smooth and elastic
- Allow to rise in greased bowl until doubled in size (1 hour)
- Roll out 2 to 3 crusts
- add pizza ingredients
- Bake 10-20 minutes at 450°
