Wichita Watusies (Seatle Dutch Babies)

Add something personal

1. Beat
   
• 3 eggs
2. Add, Mix
• 1/2 c. milk
• 1/2 c. flour
• 1/4 t. salt
3. Add 2 T. melted butter
4. Pour into hot, buttered cast iron pan
5. Bake around 10 minutes at 425°
6. Mix frosting
   
• Butter
• Powdered sugar
• Lemon juice
7. Serve watusies with frosting
