Crêpes

Alice first made these in her advanced home ec. class at North High School. They make sleepovers at the Page girls' more fun.
  1. Measure into bowl
    • 2 1/4 c. flour
    • 1 1/2 T. sugar
    • 3/4 t. baking powder
    • 3/4 t. salt
  2. Beat in until smooth
    • 3 c. milk
    • 3 eggs
    • 3/4 t. vanilla
    • 3 T. melted butter
  3. Cook on buttered skillet
  4. Serve with whipped cream, strawberries/cinnamon sugar
