- Measure into bowl
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 T. sugar
- 3/4 t. baking powder
- 3/4 t. salt
- Beat in until smooth
- 3 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 t. vanilla
- 3 T. melted butter
- Cook on buttered skillet
- Serve with whipped cream, strawberries/cinnamon sugar
Crêpes
Alice first made these in her advanced home ec. class at North High School. They make sleepovers at the Page girls' more fun.
