- Butter a camp pan
- Arrange in pan
- 1 loaf French Bread
- Beat together, cover bread with
- 8 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- Boil in small saucepan
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 3 T. corn syrup
- Pour syrup over French toast
- Bake in 400° oven, uncovered for 20 minutes
Baked French Toast
First tested at KBC for high school camp's "Fourth of July" breakfast, this is an excellent recipe for crowds.
