Texas Flour Tortillas

This is the closest we can get to homemade Mexican tortillas without having Mexican flour.
  1. Mix
    • 2 c. flour
    • 1 1/2 t. baking powder
    • 1 t. salt
    • 2 t. oil
    • 3/4 c. warm water
  2. Kneed 2 minutes
  3. Cover, let sit 20 minutes
  4. Roll into 8 balls
  5. Cover, let sit 10 minutes
  6. Roll out, Cook in dry skillet
