- preheat oven to 425°
- grease baking sheet
- mix
- 1¼ c. warm water
- 1 T. yeast
- knead in
- 2 T. sugar
- 3½-4 c. flour
- 1½ t. salt
- 2 T. oil
- shape into 24 pretzels and place on prepared baking sheet
- brush and sprinkle (optional)
- milk
- sea salt
- let set 15 minutes
- bake 15-20 minutes
- yield: 24 pretzels
