pretzels


  1. preheat oven to 425°

  2. grease baking sheet

  3. mix

    • 1¼ c. warm water

    • 1 T. yeast



  4. knead in

    • 2 T. sugar

    • 3½-4 c. flour

    • 1½ t. salt

    • 2 T. oil



  5. shape into 24 pretzels and place on prepared baking sheet

  6. brush and sprinkle (optional)

    • milk

    • sea salt



  7. let set 15 minutes

  8. bake 15-20 minutes



  • yield: 24 pretzels
