Molten Chocolate Cake

1. preheat oven to 425°


2. grease 4 custard cups


3. melt together
   
   
   
   • 1/2 c. butter
   
   
   • 2/3 c. chocolate chips
   
   
   
   


4. whisk in until well blended
   
   
   
   • 1 c. powdered sugar
   
   
   
   
   
   
   • 2 eggs
   
   
   • 2 egg yolks
   
   
   
   


5. stir in
   
   
   
   • 6 T. flour
   
   
   
   


6. divide between cups


7. bake 13 minutes


8. serve hot with ice cream or whipped cream
