indian flat bread


  1. mix to form soft, smooth dough

    • 2 c. whole wheat flour

    • 1 t. salt

    • 1/2 c. milk

    • 1/2 c. water

    • melted butter



  2. let rest 2 hours

  3. roll out 6 balls

  4. fry in butter, 3-5 minutes each side
