Chimichangas

Especially good frozen for lunches. 
  1. Mix
    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1 garlic clove
    • 1 t. cummin 
    • 1 t. oregano
    • 1/4 c. chopped green chilis
    • 1/4 c. picante sauce
    • 1/4 c. sour cream
    • 2 T. vinegar
  2. Place in tortilla shells
  3. Fold all four sides down
  4. Brush with butter
  5. Sprinkle with cheese
  6. Bake in oven until slightly browned and cheese is melted
  7. Serve with picante sauce and sour cream
