- stir together over heat until boiling
- 1/2 c. tapioca
- 3 c. milk
- 1/4 t. salt
- stir on lowest heat for 5 minutes
- beat in seperate bowl
- 2 eggs
- mix some of hot tapioca in with the eggs to neutralize the temperature
- mix eggs with tapioca
- bring pudding to a boil
- stir on lowest heat until a thick pudding is formed
- cool 15 minutes
- add
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- yield: 4-6 servings
