tapioca pudding


  1. stir together over heat until boiling

    • 1/2 c. tapioca

    • 3 c. milk

    • 1/4 t. salt



  2. stir on lowest heat for 5 minutes

  3. beat in seperate bowl

    • 2 eggs



  4. mix some of hot tapioca in with the eggs to neutralize the temperature

  5. mix eggs with tapioca

  6. bring pudding to a boil

  7. stir on lowest heat until a thick pudding is formed

  8. cool 15 minutes

  9. add

    • 1/2 t. vanilla
