- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- pack in pan to form crust
topping
- cook until thick, then cool
- 3 c. water
- 4 T. cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 t. lemon juice
- 2 small boxes strawberry jello
- add
- 4 c. fresh sliced strawberries
assembly
- pour strawberry mix onto crust
- chill until firm
