crépes


  1. measure into bowl

    • 2 1/4 c. flour

    • 1 1/2 T. sugar

    • 3/4 t. baking powder

    • 3/4 t. salt



  2. beat in until smooth

    • 3 c. milk

    • 3 eggs

    • 3/4 t. vanilla

    • 3 T. melted butter



  3. cook in buttered skillet

  4. serve with

    • strawberries

    • whipped cream

    • cinnamon sugar
