Aunt Jane's Pie Crust

This recipe really is our Aunt Jane Denny's pie crust.
  1. Mix
    • 2 c. flour (substitute 1 tablespoon with cake flour)
    • 1 t. salt
    • 2/3 c. shortening
    • almost 2/3 c. warm water
Makes 2-3 shells
